Challenge

The client, a real estate investment group, needed a small, password-protected investor site on a tight timeline. It showcases case studies and transformations with rich layouts and page transitions. The Figma designs did not translate directly into a build, the client was exacting about detail, and the site had to work in five languages on every device.

The
Solution

I built a deliberately fixed build, because the client would make few changes, and worked closely with the designer to turn the Figma files into a working site. I built the password gate with one exempt disclosure page that is left out of the navigation, not indexed and reached only from a PDF link. For mobile case studies I added separate mobile text fields, tuned the auto-shrink text with a 16px minimum, fixed iOS viewport height double-counting and added a scroll arrow that appears only when needed. I scoped and built a Request Access form with spam protection and SMTP delivery, and I wrote a root-cause analysis of a page-transition flash with a costed rebuild option.

The
Result

The site launched in July 2026, and I continued to deliver paid change requests through September. The project manager called the team "rockstars".
